About the Role
Topia is the leader in Global Talent Mobility, empowering enterprise HR teams to deploy, manage and engage employees anywhere in the world. We have a new opportunity for a mid level Front End Engineer to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia.

Responsibilities
• Delivering high quality and a complete front end application with responsive design
• Ensuring high quality and high test code coverage
• Contributing to defining/clarifying requirements
• Collaborating with other development, product and design teams
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Improving processes and codebase
• Optimizing application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Coaching and supporting other engineers

About You
• Experienced with React and TypeScript 
• Experienced working with util tools such as lodash, ramda or similar
• Experienced with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress or similar
• Familiar with design tools such as Figma or similar
•Experienced working with UI component library and extending it when necessary
• Understanding the principles of responsive design
• Ability to work together with backend engineers to design and consume web APIs
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experienced with optimizing React components for performance and scalability
• Good communication and problem solving skills
€36,000 - €42,000 a year

Base compensation ranges are intentionally broad to cover a variety of levels and locations. Position within the range will be determined by location, experience, and skill set. Employees at all levels and locations are also eligible to participate in our corporate bonus plan with an annual bonus target percentage and to receive stock options. These amounts are not included in the above listed base compensation range. Full and part-time employees based in the Estonia are entitled to the below benefits:
