We’re looking for a Developer Advocate to help onboard and support the growing userbase of the Topl Blockchain. You will work closely across our engineering and product teams to both advise users on their Topl implementation as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues that may emerge.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years of professional experience in a full-stack engineering role
- Experience with multiple development languages and applications architectures including familiarity with both JavaScript and Python
- Experience with API-design and development
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience as part of a blockchain engineering team
- Past or current involvement in open-source projects and communities
- Experience in customer support or developer evangelization
What you'll do
- Support developer onboarding as customers and partners integrate their applications into the Topl blockchain ecosystem
- Advise developers on best practices and common pitfalls
- Troubleshoot user issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Topl's API
- Own our documentation and other developer education resources
- Contribute to product testing, ensuring that code is only shipped once it has met Topl's standards for reliability and usability
- Collaborate closely with Topl's engineering and product teams in developing and maintaining Topl's technical roadmaps
