As a founding member of the Field & Events team, you will shape and execute Traba’s presence at major conferences, industry associations, and private events to drive awareness, demand, and revenue.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine Traba’s field strategy for conferences and tradeshows, taking charge of our 3rd-party event calendar. Responsibilities include demand generation, logistics, coordination, training, booth production, and budget management.

This high-impact role requires revenue focus, creative thinking, scrappiness, hands-on event management, ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, and collaboration across functions to drive Traba's growth. The ideal candidate is data-oriented, results-driven, and has an ROI mentality.

What You’ll Do:

    • Develop Traba’s 3rd-Party Events strategy to reach ideal customers.
    • Own lead generation and pipeline targets.
    • Learn our industry best practices, our selling motion, and actively interact with prospects through this customer-facing role.
    • Manage end-to-end event campaigns, from vetting to post-event analysis and pipeline tracking.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, promotion, deliverables, and tactics align with event goals.
    • Partner with Sales, Growth Marketing, and key stakeholders to align event goals and post-event learnings.
    • Collaborate with Finance on budget, pipeline, and resource forecasting.
    • Provide onsite event management as needed.

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
We offer competitive base compensation aligned to tier-one markets. As an early stage startup, a meaningful amount of total compensation is in our equity. Our estimated salary for this role at Traba ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and market demand.
