As we gear up for our next growth phase, we’re in search of a Growth Marketing Associate who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be the second hire on the Growth Marketing team. You’ll be pivotal in spearheading demand generation, seamlessly collaborating with our Sales, Operations, and Product teams.

This role is perfect for those who are data-driven at heart but creative in spirit - ready to get hands-on with marketing campaigns and strategic in driving growth. What You Will Do:

    • Leverage customer insights, sales data, and market research to craft outreach strategies, drive brand awareness, and increase customer conversion 
    • Understand our pipeline and sales cycle, investigate bottlenecks, and optimize for process improvements
    • Identify and test both tried-and-true and out-of-the-box demand generation channels, scale successful campaigns, and learn from every experiment
    • Design and execute compelling cold email and direct mail campaigns, constantly seeking improvements and innovations
    • Ensure our website is updated regularly with engaging SEO optimized content 
    • Work closely with cross-departmental teams, identifying opportunities for growth and alignment on objectives

We're looking for:

    • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a track record of success in B2B SaaS, light industrial businesses, or marketplace environments
    • Experience working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams
    • Familiarity with design tools including Canva, Figma and Adobe Suite 
    • A mix of analytical prowess and creative thinking, capable of generating and executing out-of-the-box ideas
    • Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), marketing automation tools, CMS systems, and CRM systems with a keen interest in learning new channels
    • Experience in content development, digital marketing, and SEO
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Motivated to work hard, work smart, and lead the growth of this rocketship

$110,000 - $140,000 a year
We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier-one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Traba ranges from $110,000 to $140,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and market demand.
