As a Customer Support Specialist, you guide our customers in finding their way around Trengo, speaking from experience. You help customers create logical and efficient ways of working with Trengo to achieve the most value they can. What your day-to-day looks like
You’ll be on the frontlines helping our awesome customers through every channel you can think of—email, chat, WhatsApp, phone—you name it. And yep, you'll be using our own software to do it (pretty cool, right?).
You're the friendly face (or voice) customers turn to when they want to learn more about Trengo, need some quick help, or run into a hiccup with the product. You’ll be the one who makes their day better.
You'll team up with our Customer Success Managers to tackle bigger accounts, and when something tricky comes up, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig deep—sometimes teaming up with our Technical Support crew.
You’ll also look for smart ways to automate and improve the way we work. Over time, you’ll become a go-to expert in certain parts of the product. Think of yourself as a behind-the-scenes superhero, making things smoother and faster for both our team and our customers.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bonus if you have at least a year of experience helping customers in B2B, but more importantly you have a drive to learn and grow in this field!
- You possess excellent communication skills with a service-oriented attitude and a drive to provide our clients with the best customer experience.
- You take ownership of your work and you are proactive.
- You are curious, have a desire to learn, and are passionate about helping others.
- Technology is something you are interested in. You are able to understand new technologies and adapt to them quickly.
- Fluent in Dutch with good English skills.
- You already live in the Netherlands.
