About the job:

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless activation journey, developing innovative approaches tailored to their needs, and taking end-to-end ownership of the onboarding process. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process. Because this is a new department, you will have a critical hand in shaping its function within The organization. Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer interactions through orientation, cases, and enablement, with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction
    • Develop a profound understanding of our customers' needs to craft a smooth and engaging video activation flow
    • Take end-to-end ownership of the customer activation journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process
    • Innovate and develop your unique style and tone for customer onboarding, moving away from generic approaches to deliver a personalized and impactful experience
    • Effectively manage high-stakes communications, both written and verbal, with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
    • Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize the customer onboarding process and enhance user experience

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage high-stakes communications effectively
    • Proven track record of taking ownership of work, identifying problems, and following through on commitments
    • Innovative mindset, with the ability to develop a unique style and approach to customer onboarding
