Our Sales & Operations Coordinator Role.
The Sales and Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting both the sales team and the broader operational functions of our organization. You will manage sales workflows, optimize processes using HubSpot CRM, and contribute to on-the-ground marketing efforts. This hybrid role requires someone with a blend of strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing and business operations.
This role requires you to travel or be located in proximity to our network of growers in the Mississippi Delta region.
Specifically you will:
- Act as a liaison between the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on sales leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Assist the sales team in the preparation and delivery of proposals, contracts, and quotes.
- Monitor and manage sales operations tasks, such as order processing, invoicing, and follow-up communications.
- Streamline communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Support field marketing campaigns, events, and on-site demonstrations of regenerative agriculture practices and technical services.
- Coordinate and execute local promotional activities, including farmer workshops, trade shows, and industry events.
- Assist in developing marketing materials (brochures, case studies, product sheets) and ensure alignment with sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research to assist the sales and marketing teams with data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing on social media campaigns, newsletters, and content creation as it relates to sales efforts.
You should have:
- A degree in business, marketing, or agriculture
- Experience in sales operations, marketing coordination, or a similar role. Experience in the agriculture industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or other CRM tools; strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with event coordination, local outreach, and marketing campaign execution.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for regenerative agriculture, with a proactive approach to supporting the sales team in achieving goals.
