Who You Are
Overview
As an User Experience Researcher at Vial, you will work with our Engineering, Design and Strategy teams to help build products to reimagine clinical trials. You will be working with a nimble team to build products that will have real impact on improving clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
- Helping to lead UXR and design our UXR process, meet with users and help drive the product management roadmap drive by user insights
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations team to map the product roadmap to addressing user pain points
- Deeply understand the product and user needs in order to effectively contextualize user insights in order to effectively prioritizing features

What You'll Bring
- Experience as a User Experience Researcher working on a team that build high quality software products
- Experience working with various engineering, product, design and operations stakeholders to ensure success of a product
- Deeply analytical and skilled in working with BI stack to track impact of product output
- Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred
