The Financial Analyst role presents an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing firms in the industry and is a key player on the Benefits Client Success team. The Financial Analyst provides high quality reporting and analytics to enable the Benefits team to provide the most aligned data and provide the highest level of customer service and industry insight.
$67,000 - $80,000 a year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Send Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to insurance carriers
· Populate spreadsheets and templates with the information received as part of the RFP process above
· Assist with Due Diligence Projects for the Private Investment Team
· Effectively manage and organize email inbox, incoming quotes, and direct carrier questions to the correct team members in order to process above requests
· Complete financial analysis for clients and generating a variety of different financial reports
· Evaluate new vendors and create strong relationships with existing vendors/carriers
· Partner with Account Managers and internal team to accurately complete necessary projects
· Assist in completing monthly carrier reporting for specified clients
· Assist with the completion of ad hoc projects as needed
· Other duties as assigned by the team and leadership.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 1 year of experience in an analyst or finance role preferred.
Ability to travel when needed for employee enrollment meetings, renewal meetings, etc.
High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable and interested in working with numbers and data.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to adjust easily to working well with a variety of workstyles.
Great, positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to complete quality work without constant supervision.
Willingness to grow and develop.
Must have familiarity and good working knowledge of various Microsoft software applications (Excel), Agency Management Systems, and the ability to learn new software systems.
Position requires direct communication with clients; therefore, strong written and oral communication skills, with a commitment to impeccable customer service are required.
Ability to work in a team environment that is constantly evolving.

Travel:
Approximately 25% and/or dependent on client needs.
