How You Fit In & the Details: 
The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in positively impacting performance by supporting strategic initiatives that drive Vizion sales through effective enablement and sales training. In this role we will look to you to improve our sales playbooks, lead training sessions, and incorporate product positioning of our sales tools and overall sales strategy. 
This individual, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, and will partner directly with the sales team and collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics and Engineering.  In addition to the above, you will:
       Support the creation and development of Sales Enablement programs, and manage the successful execution based on sales objectives and revenue targets
       Coordinate with cross functional partners to align on key enablement priorities and develop communications and training materials to support the success of each step of the sales cycle and execution of sales strategy
       Conduct Onboarding and Certification workshops for new and existing staff to certify and continue to upskill their readiness in our value messaging, product knowledge, and internal sales tools
       Customize training programs for various levels, product lines, competencies, and systems
       Identify growth and scale initiatives and drive key revenue initiatives
       Collaborate on sales enablement collateral and customer-facing deck development and revisions for internal and external consumption
       Work with Sales Engineering and Account Management to adequately incorporate customer success stories into our sales pitches
       Review the competitive landscape, identify opportunities within untapped verticals, and report on new developments that influence the delivery of Vizion’s services and solutions
       Partner with Sales Operations Analyst on the build and ongoing management of team dashboards and reporting
       Collaborate with internal teams to compile input on industry and technology trends as well as crucial discovery gained from customers
       Develop and manage a content repository for Sales to readily access the most current pitch book resources and collateral
       Maintain data accuracy, including account, opportunity, contacts, and quote information
       Utilize Hubspot and other sales tools to design, create, and produce monthly and ad-hoc reports with key metrics and analytics, including forecast, territory, and performance reports
       Participate in analysis of outside vendors and sales tools, drive strategy and direction of new and existing tools
       Stay up on industry news and trends, identifying opportunities accordingly
       Commit to understanding the key differences in the customers we support, the challenges they face, and the value Vizion’s technology solutions provide
       Additional project support as needed
Basic Qualifications:
       3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales Enablement or Business Development role within a SaaS or similar Tech-focused environment
       Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field a plus
       Proven ability to positively impact performance and business results through development and deployment of effective enablement and sales training
       Proven success analyzing sales data and working with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to drive the success of sales teams
       Proficient in the Google suite of products with a desire to learn and utilize other online tools (ex. Tableau, Notion, HubSpot, Clari/Gong, Pandadoc,, etc.)  
       Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word are a plus
       Excellent facilitation/ training delivery within a wide range of audiences and formats in a fully remote environment (digital and blended learning)
       Exceptional content management skills (familiarity with creating learning content, managing content repository and collaboration tools, etc.)
       Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines/timeframes
       Out of the box thinking used to problem solve
       Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
       Detail oriented, highly organized, and adept at multitasking and adapting to evolving priorities
       Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
       Well-honed project management skills with an ability to thrive in an environment where timeliness and accuracy are mandatory
       Ability to navigate a regionally and globally matrixed environment successfully, with evidence of ability to influence outcomes across functions of the organization
       Inherently excited about building new processes, testing and evaluation of operating models
Perks & Benefits:
       We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of: $75,000 to $95,000. Vizion intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience and location.
