Geographical Focus: This role will specifically cover the West Region of the USA, including key states such as California, Washington, and Oregon.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Regional Director of Sales with a robust background in technology sales, particularly in sectors such as EHNS platforms, Business Insights tools, or similar solutions within the risk management domain. This role is crucial for our expansion into operations and safety departments of Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will excel in establishing new client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying expansion opportunities. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the technology sector is essential.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead new business development initiatives, focusing on establishing and nurturing client relationships.
- Target and manage a list of 25 key regional accounts, alongside ICP inbound opportunities.
- Implement account mapping and multi-threaded pursuit strategies for large enterprise penetration.
- Utilize Salesforce for comprehensive commercial operations management.
- Maintain continuous communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Compile and analyze data to identify industry trends in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on sectors like EHNS platforms, Business Insights tools, or related areas in the risk management industry.
- Strong skills in account mapping and multi-threaded pursuits in large enterprises.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is crucial.
- A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in selling to operations and safety departments in large-scale organizations, preferably Fortune 500 companies.
$100,000 - $250,000 a year
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200K - $250K, uncapped.
