Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Growth Marketing to build and lead our go-to-market strategy and execution. This role involves working closely with the VP, Marketing to design and execute a comprehensive marketing program, from demand generation to customer retention, leveraging both proprietary and third-party platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a proven track record in scaling marketing efforts to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

    • This role will be responsible for building, managing and executing on demand generation and growth initiatives to drive new leads, opportunities, partnership, and nurture our existing database.

    • Take full ownership of Voxel's growth systems, including marketing automation platforms like Marketo, CRM systems such as Salesforce, core databases, data visualization tools, and dashboards.

    • Lead the integration of marketing and product databases to ensure cohesive and reliable data sources working with a high-caliber team of software engineers, business systems engineers, and data scientists.

    • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, aiming to drive product adoption, promote offerings, and bolster customer retention through targeted email campaigns and a variety of innovative digital engagement strategies.

    • Drive database management and spearhead demand generation campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert prospects, employing a variety of channels and tactics to reach different audience segments.

    • Oversee the evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of the marketing technology stack, ensuring our tools and systems support scalable growth via data segmentation and personalization strategies.

    • Foster close collaborations with the content marketing, events marketing and brand marketing / design teams to develop cohesive and effective campaigns that enhance engagement, open rates, and meeting bookings.

    • Evaluate and improve the user journey on the website, collaborating closely with product and marketing teams, and conducting rigorous A/B testing practices to continuously optimize campaign performance and effectiveness.

    • Develop the lead scoring model for sales, and define targeted campaign strategies to improve lead quality and close rates.

    • Develop inbound marketing programs designed to engage, nurture, and convert accounts with complex needs.

Qualifications

    • 10+ years in B2B growth marketing, with a track record in SaaS or Tech environments.

    • Track record of driving sales growth with a focus on enterprise-level clients acquisitions.

    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms.

    • Success in leading customer acquisition, activation, and nurture / retention programs.

    • Strong foundation in data-driven marketing strategy designed to drive growth efficiency.

    • Brilliant technical / analytical capabilities, adept at leveraging data to inform decisions. 

    • Outstanding leadership and collaboration, with the ability to manage cross-functionally. 

    • Experience with digital campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Display, and other.

    • Exceptional storytelling capabilities and an eye for design - able to engage audiences.

    • A natural collaborator and clear communicator who thrives in an ELITE team setting.
$165,000 - $215,000 a year
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $215,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
