How do our Facilities Technicians Drive Impact?
- Perform janitorial and maintenance functions for buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Ensure metal is taken to the recycling facility weekly, and/or as needed-
- Assist with and/or perform preventative maintenance
- Stock and organize staged parts
- Deliver parts to technicians
- Act as a liaison between the Service and Parts Departments to improve service efficiency
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
- Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments

- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
We're Looking For:
- Previous experience performing janitorial or light maintenance duties
- Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below waist
- Ability to work with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical devices, torches, liquids, and electrical devices
- Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, snowplow and man lifts
- Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places
- Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Must have carpentry skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. up to 25 feet. Occasional lifting and carrying, with or without assistance, of items up to 70 lbs.
