Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 annual salary (Range depending on experience)

How do our Glass Technicians Drive Impact?

    • Perform Mobile and on-site ADAS pre-scans and recalibrations with appropriate equipment 
    • Assist Auto Glass Technicians when called upon to complete workload 
    • Ensure required paperwork is completed and emailed or turned in to the office at the earliest possible timeframe for the completing of daily invoicing 
    • Ensure each vehicle is safe to drive by Motor Vehicle Safety Standards before driving or releasing a vehicle to a customer 
    • Work together with dispatch and auto glass technicians to get all the daily work completed  
    • Communicate on a job to job basis with dispatch to allow for changes in scheduled work 
    • Collect payment, while in the field, for customer out-of-pocket expenses 
    • Obtain customer’s signature on all completed work  
    • Participate in technical training and stay current on industry standards and advancements 
    • Make sure all shop areas are clean, organized and safe 
    • Make sure all safety equipment is used with each recalibration and installation 
    • Make sure any company vehicle that is used is maintained regularly 
    • Make sure vehicle is ready to load glass and any recalibration equipment when needed 
    • Exhibit good customer service skills in all interactions

    • Must be at least 18 years of age 
    • Must be reliable and have a good work ethic 
    • Must work well as a member of a team 
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
