Join the Walser Reconditioning Center, our largest operation that supports our dealerships from behind the scenes! All used vehicles travel through our reconditioning process, including detailing, dent removal, paint repair, and more. This position features a new rotational style four-day work week to fit every schedule and allow you to enjoy a healthier work life balance.

Compensation: $29.00-$35.00 + Production incentives

This position requires that you are physically active during your shift. This may include, but is not limited to, running, driving, stooping, bending and lifting. 

How does our Recon Diagnostic Technicians Drive Impact?
Perform oil changes
Replace bulbs and air filters
Check fluid levels, brakes, tires and other minor repairs on all makes and models of used vehicles
Use necessary diagnostic equipment (scan tools, TP tools, Alldata, A/C equipment) DVOM, etc. to diagnose various no start, poor run, squeaks, rattles, front suspension, check engine lights or poor run conditions
Make virtually all repairs needed to recondition cars start to finish
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments

We're Looking For:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
    • Previous detail experienced
    • Must be team oriented
    • Automotive degree and/or certification preferred
    • Ability to provide your own basic tools
    • Must be reliable and have a good work ethic
    • Ability to bend, stoop, knell, lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended period of time
