Join the Walser Reconditioning Center, our largest operation that supports our dealerships from behind the scenes! All used vehicles travel through our reconditioning process, including detailing, dent removal, paint repair, and more. This position features a new rotational style four-day work week to fit every schedule and allow you to enjoy a healthier work life balance.
Compensation: $21.00-$22.00/hr depending on qualifications
How do our Recon Detail Tech II's Drive Impact?
Wash exterior of vehicle following Walser Recon Wash Bay procedure
Clean interior of vehicle
Remove stains – including headliner best possible
Perform paint touch-up as necessary
Detail and buff exterior of vehicle
Perform windshield chip repairs
Perform touch-up paint repairs
Refurbish headlights
Perform tint/decals/wrap/ clear bra removal
Empty trash and clean work area daily at end of assigned shift
Maintain cleanliness of the shop
Must wear safety eye protection at all times when in work area

All other duties and tasks as assigned
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must have previous Detail experience
- Must have good manual dexterity and be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel and be on your feet for extended periods of time
