About the Role

We are seeking a creative and versatile Videographer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in professional video production tools and workflows, flexible enough to adapt to modern content creation methods using mobile devices, and comfortable integrating AI tools into their process. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to produce high-quality content across formats, this role is for you.

-        Plan, shoot, and edit video content for campaigns ads & social media.

-        Operate professional camera equipment (mirrorless cameras) as well as mobile devices (iPhone) depending on project needs.

-        Set up and operate lighting and lighting equipment to achieve desired visual aesthetics across different shooting environments.

-        Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications (mandatory).

-        Create engaging edits on quick-turnaround platforms like CapCut when required.

-        Design and incorporate motion graphics and basic graphic design elements to elevate content.

-        Integrate AI-powered tools (for editing, motion graphics, sound design, and content optimization) into the workflow to enhance efficiency and creativity.

-        Manage aspects of post-production: sound design, color correction, grading, and exporting in multiple formats.

-        Stay updated on emerging content trends, AI-assisted workflows, AI asset generation, editing techniques & platforms.

-        3–5 years of professional experience as a Videographer and Editor with a strong portfolio of work.

-        Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

-        Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and lighting equipment for both studio and on-location shoots.

-        Experience with mobile filming and editing workflows (iPhone, CapCut).

-        Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (major plus).

-        Basic graphic design skills (plus).

-        Strong storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.

-        Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

-        Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

-        Familiarity with AI tools for editing, asset generation, and workflow optimization.

-        Cameras: Proficiency with mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.).

-        Audio: Familiarity with lav mics, shotgun mics, and field recorders.

-        Lighting Equipment: Knowledge of continuous lighting (LED Lights, RGB tube lights) and modifiers (octaboxes + grids).

-        Stabilization Gear: Tripods & gimbals

-        Workstation: Comfortable working on high-performance desktops/laptops for 4K+ editing and rendering.

-        Storage & Workflow: Knowledge of SSDs, RAID/NAS systems, and data backup protocols.

-        Premiere Pro (video editing)
