We are currently seeking skilled Full Stack Web Developers to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the development of the Way platform and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing, venture-backed company. You will engage closely with our founding team and VP of Engineering, gaining comprehensive insights into the strategic operations of a leading tech startup.

Front-end Development: Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React, Styled-components, and Next.js.

Back-end Development: Develop robust, scalable backend solutions with Nest.js, integrating PostgreSQL and leveraging Typescript.

Systems Integration: Collaborate with internal teams and utilize Google Cloud Services, Terraform, and Docker to maintain technological leadership.

Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in web development, with proficiency in our specified tech stack.

Technical Skills: Expertise in React, Styled-components, Typescript, Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Services, and Docker.
