WeMaintain is looking for an Administrator to help us run our fast-growing business. As an administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. You will be responsible for dealing with queries on the phone and by email and ensuring our customers get fast and accurate responses about our operation. The role will involve liaising with a number of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that work is completed effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Deal with customer queries on the phone and by email
- Liaise with our field teams to ensure work is carried out on time
- Assist with supply chain function to ensure parts are ordered and delivered quickly
- Manage diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
- Liaise with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Experience:

- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Good IT skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Working Conditions:

- Working in an office environment but flexibility in working arrangements
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
£25,000 - £30,000 a year
