As a Sr. Account Executive, this individual will have the unique opportunity to drive Wealth's employee benefits go-to-market strategy. This executive will be responsible for partner development, revenue & profitability delivery, strategic initiatives, and new business development. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and enjoys working with high energy teams. This individual will play an important role in making Wealth a global brand. 

Responsibilities:

    • Strong full cycle sales closing experience
    • Track record of selling into the HR/Benefits and C-Level Audience
    • Ability to not only balance, but effectively manage competing priorities, and multiple projects/deals in a fast paced team environment
    • A strong, creative problem-solver
    • You are highly accountable, positive and a team player
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, willing to roll up your sleeves and figure things out
    • Establish and nurture new executive/regional leadership level relationships with key brokers firms and their practice leaders that specialize in worksite benefits
    • Create Wealth’s worksite benefit sales strategy 
    • Assist in the roll-out of the new Wealth worksite benefit products
    • Promote Wealth’s capabilities and positioning of our value proposition to brokers and enrollment firms
    • Maintain awareness of our competitive our landscape so we can stay ahead trends, and opportunities in the benefit marketplace

Qualifications:

    • 7+ Years of experience
    • Strong knowledge of workplace benefit products and coverage
    • Ability to develop meaningful relationships with benefit insurance carriers
    • Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications
    • College Degree
    • Experience using G-Suite Products
