    • Develop and lead Wealth’s marketing initiatives for demand generation, field and channel marketing and marketing operations
    • Create the demand generation strategy and lead the marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns that continue to deliver sales results
    • Create, define, and implement ABM -related processes, workflows, tools and technology (i.e. campaign personalization, lead-to-account hand-offs)
    • Lead the marketing operations function, continually measure the level of success of marketing campaigns and programs and make adjustments and recommendations to optimize marketing executionLead team in planning and executing marketing campaigns that leverage different marketing channels such as social media, advertising, blogs, and websites
    • Own pipeline creation and conversion and develop an intimate understanding of the customer journey to drive impact across the funnel
    • Develop strong field marketing programs that will lead to increased pipeline and sales resultsBuild strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure alignment with GTM strategies in the field and to deliver results for the global sales team and channel partners
    • Keep current with marketing trends and emerging technologies; assess potential suitability
    • Ensure brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
    • Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental effortsIdentify and create processes to better understand the technology needs/challenges/opportunities of the Marketing team; bring simplicity to complex marketing technologies; provide innovative solutions to achieve marketing goals, increase effectiveness, streamline processes and drive ROI
    • Create dashboards in SalesForce displaying key metrics around campaign performance
    • Ability to create and define our email campaign strategy leveraging tools such as Mailchimp, Eloqua, or Exact Target


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Demonstrated understanding of the current and emerging marketing technology landscape (e.g., familiarity with customer data platforms, data management platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, digital asset management etc.) and a constant desire to learn more
    • Highly proficient in CMS and marketing automation tools, specifically Hubspot or MarketoHighly proficient in SalesforceHighly proficient with an email platform like Mailchimp, Eloqua or Exact Target
    • Ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business to achieve strategic objectives
    • Experience driving enterprise pipeline on a global scaleExpert in utilizing marketing technology management systems (SalesForce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Significant track record of achievement and success within the targeted field of expertise
    • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced organization, build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends
    • Think creatively, sell strategically and communicate effectively among many different divisions
    • Good organizational skills and strong presentation skills
    • Results oriented, self motivated with proven ability to meet objective & targets in fast growing organizations
    • Ability to travel to potential partners when necessary
    • Effective team leader/mentor
