At Wispr Flow, we're building voice intelligence that truly understands you. Our team of designers, AI researchers, and engineers is crafting voice interfaces that are both useful and ubiquitous, paving the way for a future where voice-first experiences replace screen-first technologies.

Our first product, Wispr Flow, has become the first consumer voice dictation platform to break the keyboard barrier: making people use voice more than their keyboards.

We’re looking for a high-agency, execution-driven Founding Growth PM to join our team at Wispr Flow. You will have the opportunity to shape our growth strategy, and product, playing a pivotal part in helping Flow reach hundreds of millions of people.

If you're an ex-founder or an early-stage operator, this role is built for you. You’ll have full ownership over your product growth strategy while working with a world-class team and learn from growth advisors. You’ll work directly with our founders, and design, brand, engineering, and product teams to experiment rapidly, optimize in-product conversion, and build viral growth loops.

Our values

    • High agency: Take initiative to solve problems that you see. We make decisions quickly, and disagree and commit to move forward as a team.
    • Open communication: Lean into debate, discussion, and uncomfortable conversations. We maintain integrity and say the things that are hard to say because we trust one another and assume other people have good intentions.
    • User obsessed: Design technology that makes people's experience more natural and seamless. We really care about building an exceptional user experience.
    • Detail-focused: Exceptional outcomes come from exceptional attention to detail - down to every interaction and every pixel.

Key responsibilities

    • Product-led-growth initiatives: developing Wispr Flow’s free to paid motions, increasing conversion, thinking analytically and creatively about the wedge and funnel
    • High-velocity execution: Launch multiple experiments per week, measure impact, and double down on what works
    • Data-driven strategy: Leverage analytics to refine onboarding, NUX, and activation.
    • Building growth features: that drive activation, retention, organic network effects, PLG into enterprises and more

Who you are

    • A builder: You love figuring things out from scratch and thrive in ambiguity
    • Quick & experimental: You take quick, calculated bets and optimize aggressively
    • Data obsessed: You back your decisions with numbers, insights, and a clear growth thesis
    • High ownership: You move with urgency, own your KPIs, and push past roadblocks
    • First principles: You think about human psychology, depth of understanding of the product, and create your ideas from first principles.
$140,000 - $200,000 a year

While we focus on raw talent above experience, we are generally looking for people with 3-6 years of professional work experience in a similar role, ideally at an early-stage or growth-stage startup, or you have a proven track record in a fast-paced setting.

We've raised $26M from top-tier VCs like NEA, 8VC, and Neo. Our angels and advisors include Chester Chipperfield (launched the first Apple Watch), Arash Ferdowsi (CTO, Dropbox), and Will Ahmed (CEO, Whoop). Our founders are Stanford alums and have previously sold a company and run a team at a deep tech startup with over 100M in funding.

We take care of our full-time employees:
• Generous health, dental, and vision coverage
• Generous parental leave, unlimited PTO (we encourage taking days off!)
• Visa assistance
• 401k match
