And now, we’re looking for a Digital Delivery Lead to help us move faster, deliver smarter, and embed best-practice delivery into everything we do.

What you’ll be doing:
-Lead and coordinate delivery across squads within our Tech Delivery or Platform & Operations teams.
-Choose the right strategy to get products to market efficiently, balancing quality, cost, and time.
-Own end-to-end initiative delivery, tracking progress and surfacing risks, dependencies, and blockers.
-Support and coach teams in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and champion a strong delivery culture.
-Facilitate key agile ceremonies and guide squads on how to deliver value incrementally.
-Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve how we deliver – from roadmaps to retros.
-Take ownership of delivery reporting, including budgeting and progress visibility for senior leadership.
What you’ll bring to the table:
-5+ years in digital delivery or agile leadership, ideally in complex technical environments.
-Deep understanding of agile practices and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), and how to tailor them pragmatically.
-The confidence to challenge, the humility to learn, and the resilience to see things through.
-Strong communication skills, and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
-Familiarity with modern development tools, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and DevOps practices.
-Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
-Scrum Master certification or equivalent real-world experience.
-A natural coach, mentor and motivator – and someone who genuinely enjoys seeing teams succeed.
-And finally: a good sense of humour. We mean it.
