What you'll be doing?
- Champion Agile practices by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement for one or two squads.
- Guide development and product teams on effective Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Remove roadblocks and empower teams to resolve challenges independently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, Product, Security, Architecture) to enhance our end-to-end delivery process.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and productive team culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
- Track delivery progress, communicating key updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Own reporting on delivery metrics, budget tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Act as a bridge between initiatives and squads to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Lead training sessions across the organization to share best practices and promote Agile excellence.
What you need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Foster collaboration and guide teams effectively.
- Innovative Thinking: Bring creative solutions to the table and challenge the status quo.
- Effective Interpersonal Skills: Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to teams.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a changing environment and embrace new challenges.
- Curiosity: A strong desire to understand and learn about various technologies and processes.
- Ownership: Be proactive in tackling issues and delivering results.
- Technical Acumen: Comfort engaging in technical discussions and understanding customer needs.
- Experience: 5+ years in Agile software development with a proven track record in fostering Agile practices.
- Certification: Scrum Master certification or relevant experience is highly desired.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS), DevOps practices, project management experience, and a good sense of humor!
