What you are going to be doing.
This is a commercially focused finance role where you’ll be expected to contribute across a range of strategic and operational initiatives. In a typical week, you can expect to spend most of your time on:
• Supporting strategic initiatives – You’ll work closely with Product and Technology teams to develop financial models, assess commercial options, and prepare business cases and strategy packs using Group templates.
• Commercial modelling and analysis – You’ll help determine Worldline’s commercial position and recommend appropriate commercial models for new initiatives. You’ll also support due diligence processes when evaluating third-party partnerships or contracts.
• Pricing governance – You’ll manage and maintain Worldline NZ’s Pricing Policy and Price Book, ensuring pricing is current, competitive, and aligned with product strategy and lifecycle. You’ll provide pricing advice to Sales and Product teams and be a key contributor to the Executive Pricing Committee.
• Finance team support – You’ll assist the Finance Leadership Team with reporting, planning, and general commercial analysis to support decision-making.
What we need you to be good at.
You’ll be confident working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Finance teams, and capable of developing pricing constructs and financial models that support strategic decision-making. You’ll be detail-oriented and focused on accuracy, but also curious and adaptable—able to work with ambiguity and take initiative to solve problems.

You’ll be part of the Corporate Services team, which oversees key governance functions including Finance, Risk, Legal, and Project/Capex Governance. The team is passionate about payments and the future of digital commerce in New Zealand.
Who you will work with outside your team.
This role offers broad exposure across the business. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from every business unit, including Sales, Product Managers, and the Executive Team.
Do you qualify?
· Bachelor’s degree – preferably in commerce
· Approximately 3 years of experience in analytical / financial advisory focused roles
· Excellent skills with Microsoft Office suite of products - particularly Advanced Excel/ modelling skiils
· Sound business acumen with experience working with financial models, producing financial analysis, providing financial and commercial assessment of opportunities.
· A self-starter, independent thinker with strong communication skills
· Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships
