We're looking for a Paid Social and Digital Media, Sr. Manager to join XX Artists' growing team. As the Sr Manager, you will be responsible for digital ad buys across all social and digital media platforms with a focus on YouTube and TrueView as well as Snapchat, IG, and TikTok. You will present to external and internal stakeholders, manage mid-campaign and post-campaign insights and will serve as the XX Artists focal point for paid media expertise. This role will report to the Assistant Director, Integrated Marketing. 

This person needs to have experience with senior media clients, demonstrating a natural ability to balance campaigns and priorities with limited direction. The ideal candidate has successfully worked in both digital and influencer marketing and is seeking a very impactful role that empowers all to do their best work and really affects future business strategy. This candidate would also demonstrate communication and confidence between agency departments and can function as a thought leader for paid media. 

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some rare evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include a competitive health, dental, and vision package, 401K matching, wellness initiatives, and paid time off. Salary for this role is $92,000 - $102,000. Offer is dependent on the level of experience. 

What We’re Looking For: 
Minimum of 4+ years experience managing digital media buying across social and digital platforms with a focus on YouTube and TrueView
Minimum of 4+ years experience with reporting, analytics and measurement 
Proven experience buying across KPIs and ad formats according to social platform
Proven experience managing multiple client projects with reasonable autonomy 
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Experienced cross-team communicator who can effectively field questions from non-media-focused social media teams 
Proficiency working with media planning tools [ Sprout, Sprinklr, Google Adwords ] and can utilize on and off-platform tools to build audience-driven plans. 
Experience working on multiple accounts at a given time
A strong self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, problem-solving, and who is passionate about helping grow a paid media discipline from the ground up. 

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead on key accounts and interface with key stakeholders
Oversee media strategy and recommendation, flights, optimizations, delivery, 
Own client interaction; facilitate client calls to handle one-off requests/questions and to share campaign performance details.
Lead and manage campaign logistics to ensure complete execution
Analyze data, craft insights, and make recommendations internally and externally both mid-campaign and post-campaign
Lead and implement new ways to optimize client and business workflows
Work with internal and external cross-functional teams to package learnings into case studies, best practices, and client-facing POVs
Understand the full spectrum of services and be able to grow client engagements
Communicate upwards to the VP of Integrated Marketing
Meaningfully contribute to new business conversations

Preferred Experience: 
Secondary Education
Media agency experience
