We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join in establishing XX Artists’ Paid Media team. This person will be an integral part of a new department focusing on paid social media, and will help lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns alongside specialists in creative, social media, and partnerships.

We are looking for an experienced paid media strategist who will be responsible for tactical media planning and campaign activation for a variety of clients and projects, with an emphasis on social. You are well-versed in multi-channel campaign execution and strategy, have experience with ads managers and data platforms, and are an expert in client relations and proactive problem-solving.

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. You will report to the Senior Director of Brand. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in paid media marketing and advertising
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok ads
Google Ads & Analytics Certification
Experience in multiple advertising channels, including but not limited to:
Forecasting and opportunity/gap analysis
Campaign management tools
Demonstrated ability to successfully monitor new paid trends and products and evaluate application to agency and client
Research tools and competitive analysis
Budgeting, pacing and billing
Excellent communicator, written and verbal
Ability to balance long term strategy with short term results
Ability to dissect data and draw insights that drive the business forward
Deep knowledge of the Internet, YouTube content and online creators
Excellent judgement and strong attention to detail
Relationship builder with strong cross-functional collaboration skills

What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner with our social and creative teams in developing, building and testing campaign strategies for clients
Implement Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and Google AdWords advertising campaigns
Market-research new product solutions to assist in our overall methodology and approach
Manage retargeting campaigns and efforts
Work alongside our creative team to optimize and test new ad creative and landing pages
Optimize campaign, audience, creative, budgets, and bids across multiple channels to target ROI/Performance goals
Provide reports and updates internally and externally
Measure and evaluate success of social media advertising campaigns to inform investment decisions
Contribute towards new business development opportunities and pitches with relevance to paid media department

Necessary Experience:
3-5 years of experience in paid media marketing and advertising
Highly knowledgeable in project management
A client facing problem-solver, a track record of instituting new processes, and is organized across multiple workflows simultaneously
Proficient in Gmail and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Must have a valid passport

Preferred Experience:
Secondary education
Paid media marketing planning and execution
Knowledge of and passion for brand strategy
Knowledge of and passion for current online content trends
Experience working independently as well as in team environments
