We're looking for an Account Manager, Brand Services to join XX Artists’ rapidly growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of a team supporting existing and new brand client projects. As an Account Manager, you’re focused on building a positive relationship with the client team and are the first line of communication with them. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Account Management.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the Internet and YouTube content. They must have a deep knowledge of creators, digital talent, and trends. You must be well-versed in social media, influencer marketing, and on the bleeding edge of platform product updates and trends. Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and a proven track record of personal and/or professional growth are required. Experience successfully working across high-performing cross-functional organizations is a plus. You must be passionate about delivering superior customer service, at all times.

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health, dental, and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off. Salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Offer is dependent on level of experience.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3+ years Account Management  and/or Social Media Strategy work experience
Effective time management, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships
Production management experience and/or creative strategy experience
Versed in social media strategy with a broad knowledge of the social media landscape; understand the importance of social media as a part of integrated campaigns vs tactical
Amazing communication and presentation skills – you’re straightforward, articulate, and engagingInsatiable curiosity and unafraid to ask questions
Ability to summarize insights and unify trends to create actionable recommendations for client campaigns and ongoing engagement tactics
Professional, personable, humble, and fun personality with a passion for building lasting relationships with clients
Understanding of functions and use of social media platforms: YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (and others) Deep knowledge of the Internet, YouTube content, and online creators
Proficient in Google tools including GMail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Must have a valid passport

What You’ll Be Doing
Build unparalleled relationships with clients, becoming their go-to resource – you’ll win them over by asking the right questions and being a visible and influential presence among their senior management
Manage day-to-day communications with clients via email, ping, phone calls, and Google Hangouts (whatever they prefer)
Displaying a firm understanding of the client team’s structure and anticipating their needs
Consistently providing top-level client service from onboarding all the way through off-boarding 
Facilitate status meetings and client calls, identify opportunities to grow the account, and provide productive dialogue between the client and agency teams via status updates or internal meetings
Creating dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments, including cross-functional communication for project and scope work
Steering actionable briefs and presenting work confidently and persuasively
Managing client and agency team expectations, day in and out, and helping clear roadblocks to success
Manage campaign content workflows (content and copy development, approvals, etc.) with internal team members (designer, editor, etc.) as well as with client partners
Assemble post-campaign results, analytics, and process learnings from all members of the team and present them
to the client 
Become an expert on your client's brand, approaching all social media management as a true extension of your client's brand marketing teams and objectives
Utilize knowledge of the overall social landscape, trending topics, and leverage the latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership

Preferred Experience
Secondary education
Knowledge of and passion for online talent
