We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join xx Artists’ rapidly growing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to an existing brand client project. You will own daily social media strategies for the global brand as well as monitor both internal and external key deliveries and deadlines. You will report directly to the Director, of Social Media Marketing.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the Internet, and YouTube content and has a deep knowledge of creators, digital talent and trends. You must be well-versed in social media management and on the bleeding edge of platform product updates and trends. Strong copywriting and project management skills are required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-sufficient, creative, and passionate about delivering superior customer service. Experience with creative design delegation, influencer marketing, and corporate communications history are a plus.

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include a competitive health and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off. Salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Offer is dependent on the level of experience.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 3+ years of professional social marketing and operations experience
Passion for the development and management of communities online
A client-facing problem-solver, a track record of instituting new processes, and is organized across multiple workflows simultaneously
Experienced understanding of functions and use of social media platforms: YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok (and others)
Highly knowledgeable in project management
Deep knowledge of the Internet, YouTube content, online creators, and Gen Z voice
Experience in the management of production process for all custom programs, from the creation of content to program launch
Possess excellent writing skills to produce editorial output which reflects brand objectives and current cultural trends
Ability to summarize insights and unify trends to create actionable recommendations for client campaigns and ongoing engagement tactics
History of developing and maintaining production schedules and assets
Professional, personable, and fun personality with a passion for building lasting relationships with clients and team members
Proficient in Google tools including Gmail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and social environment
A thoughtful strategist who loves to work with others to develop cutting-edge social campaigns

What You’ll Be Doing:
Identifying social media trends opportunities and working with team members to create bespoke strategies that meet client goals and needs Educating partners on briefing and intake process and criteria for support from Social
Manage inbound requests, working with the client to ensure the requests meet intake briefs and rejecting requests that don’t fit our criteria
Develop and management efficiencies to communicate project prioritization, resource allocation and capacity
Lead the development of social playbooks and help train team members, and external stakeholders on new tools and processes
Support  team on workflow, coverage planning and communication
Ensure thoughtful planning and pacing of content with internal and external partners
Coordinate with team to develop and manage efficiencies in the intake process and communication
Operational support on team workflow, coverage planning and communication
Managing content distribution across platforms like Sprinklr and ensuring all native posts is completed on time
Tracking campaign timelines and ensuring timely delivery of content and strategy requests

Preferred Experience:
Secondary education
4+ years of professional social marketing and operations experience
