We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager, YouTube Creators to join XX Artists’ rapidly growing team. As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing performance for XX Artists’ clients on social, key campaigns, and strategic partnerships, across multiple social media platforms for our client at @YouTubeCreators.
@YouTubeCreators social media is aimed at delivering supportive, educational and entertaining social experiences that transition YouTube from a corporate brand to a personal one, supporting creators in feeling seen, loved, and supported; while educating and advocating for them.
This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in social marketing
Minimum 1+ year of social copywriting and narrative writing experience
Knowledgeable in short and long form video content in the online creator space
Experienced understanding of functions and use of social media platforms: YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Experience in internal, client-facing, and talent-facing communications
Experience in developing and producing content strategies for brand social marketing campaigns
Proficiency in working cross functionally with strategy, creative, production and measurement teams
Experience scheduling and pulling data natively from social tools (Sprinklr)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
Relationship builder with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficient Google tools user including: Gmail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Must have a valid passport
What You’ll Be Doing:
Asset production management for Instagram and YouTube
Contributing towards always-on editorial strategy, including through proactive research and creator/content identification
Lead creator partnership management, including communications, brief development and deliverable coordination
Lead paid promotion coordination, in partnership with paid social agency and/or counterpart
Lead campaign strategy management, including timeline and key date oversight, contributing towards strategy and creative and integration/execution of approved campaigns in the form of Google Slides presentations and Google Documents
Management of special social programs, including but not limited to Instagram Close Friends and/or Twitter Communities and Twitter Spaces (live audio)
Identifying unique community management opportunities with the Community Management team
Regular internal and external meetings to review campaign and always-on social status
