TikTok Social Marketing Lead (Contract)

XX Artist’s is looking for a TikTok Social Media Marketing Lead to join our rapidly growing team. As the TikTok Social Media Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for planning and creating TikTok-first content. In addition, you’ll be glued to the platform, identifying creators, trends, and communities, making recommendations and proposing concepts. 

What We’re Looking For 
Minimum of 4 years experience in social strategy/content creation
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing strategy, designing and creating TikTok-first content. 
Identifying community opportunities as a primary responsibility (rather than secondary). 
Experience identifying creators, trends, communities and making recommendations, proposing concepts that are first to market and innovative. 
Strong knowledge of the influencer space and creators on TikTok. 
Passion for social media content and influencer marketing. 
High level of creativity with creative and viral content ideas. 
Ability to produce creative content ideas based on the client approvals
Impeccable taste for internet trends and of-the-moment talent, content formats and sounds
Strong project management and communication skills.
A deep understanding of the content, voice, and tone.
Experience working in an agency environment. 

Technical experience 
Experience with mobile device and/or digital cameras for capturing short form video content
Experience with editing softwares and native TikTok editing tools

What you’ll be doing 
Create, curate, and be responsible for content published on global brand TikTok channel, capitalizing on platform trends and moments.
Serve as on-the-ground social producer during shoots, events, and tentpole moments, developing social-first content that will live across the platform. 
Ideate and support the creation of TikTok-first ideas and tactics in partnership with supporting teams for content that lives across TikTok, providing active recommendations and solutions to the content creation process. 
Ideate, source, and create original real-time content for all audiences, identifying memes and trends at the cusp of virality.
Partner with our Analytics team to track weekly/monthly analytics and performance, providing optimizations as necessary.
Serve as the point-person on all social goals (growth, views, and engagement) on TikTok and be accountable for providing vertical-specific tactics, strategic pivots and added direction when needed.
Work closely with creative and design teams to produce content
Maintain and build relationships with TikTok platform partners, ideating on upcoming Tik Tok hashtags and events that XX Artists and/or its clients could capitalize on, implementing best practices and innovating upon new platform updates and products.
Help maintain and uphold a healthy and positive culture for the social team.
