We're looking for a Manager, Talent Social to join XX Artists’ rapidly growing team. As a Manager on the Talent team, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to a book of current and new clients. You will own daily social media strategies, planning, and execution for globally recognized talent, ranging from musicians to CEOs to actors. You will report directly to the Director of Talent.

We’re looking for someone who is equally passionate about the entertainment industry and as they are about staying up-to-date on the ever-evolving digital marketing and trends landscape. You must understand the importance of social media and deliver impactful social-first initiatives for each of your clients. You must have experience working in the entertainment industry, maintaining/growing digital audiences, identifying key data points, inferring learnings, plus are detail-oriented and exhibit a high standard of client communications. Proactivity and the ability to manage your time are a necessity in this role.

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health, dental, and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off. Salary range is $65,000 to $80,000. Offer is dependent on level of experience.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3+ years of social media work and entertainment industry experience working directly with high-profile clientele.
Experience working in Talent digital marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns, from start to finish.
Deep understanding of social platforms, best practices, and optimization strategies.
Proper digital marketing agency experience.
Ability to manage clients with the utmost professional manner and attentiveness. 
Industry network connections and someone to assist in business development.
Knowledgeable on platform analytics and using them to pivot client strategies in real time. 
Ability to develop robust social calendars across proactive, reactive, and evergreen formats.
Diligence and attention to detail across all tasks; no task is too big or too small.
Experience in creative thinking and copywriting, leading creative design and tactics that are aligned with client brand and voice playbooks.
Professional communication internally with the team and externally with key stakeholders.
Completes tasks in a timely and high-level manner.
Proficient in Google tools including Gmail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Personable, and fun personality with a passion for building lasting relationships with clients.
Must have a valid passport.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day communications with client teams externally.
Communicate with internal teams to project manage asset creation, content ideation, and knowledge sharing.
Conceptualize, drive and deploy social marketing campaigns for clients independently and as a team.
Manage live/active social media calendars and engagement opportunities documents.
Daily community management with a focus on identifying engagement opportunities.
Managing social media content workflows (content and copy development, approvals, etc.) with internal team members (designer, editor, etc.) as well as with client partners.
Liaise with top-level clients and Talent in a professional and effective manner.
Identifying problematic and/or crisis content for escalation. 
Leading a small team. 
Become an expert with digital talent, and their communities, and seek out optimal engagement opportunities.
Utilize knowledge of the overall talent and social landscape, and trending topics, and leverage the latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership.

Preferred Experience
Secondary Education
Experience working the gaming and/or comedy focus
Developing Short Form Video content creation 
Bilingual in English and Spanish
