We're looking for a Talent Social Coordinator to join xx Artists’ rapidly growing team. As a Coordinator, you will manage reactive posts across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube for a series of Talent clients. This includes developing social listening channels, sourcing engagement opportunities, submitting through an approvals process, and publishing.

You will report to the Sr Director, Talent, or their designees. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the Internet and activating fandoms. Strong writing skills are required and you must be able to adapt to the voices of various clients, including Musicians, CEOs, Actors, and other Talent-led companies. Creativity (and humor) is a huge plus. You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a can-do attitude. You must be passionate about social media and internet trends, ultimately delivering superior customer service, at all times. 

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include a competitive medical, dental, and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off. Salary range for this position is $23 - $30/ per hour. 

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1+ years of social media experience
Experience writing for social media, digital video, email, and blog posts.
Excellent writing skills that reflect a brand's objectives and current cultural trends.
Extraordinary attention to detail with an ability to quality check and approve written content.
Passion for digital culture and writing online.
An understanding of social media audiences and communication styles on each platform, specifically YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, Discord (and others).
Familiarity on how to speak directly to these respective audiences
Knowledge of the Internet, content, and trends spotting
Proficient in Google tools including GMail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
The ability to work alone, producing multiple copy options from client prompts.
Social media copywriting, and/or general writing experience.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a valid passport

What You’ll Be Doing
Monitoring and engaging with all owned social handles and posts across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. 
Crafting and writing copy for engagement opportunities.
Flagging and escalating comments, replies, or @ mentions to key stakeholders.
Develop bespoke social listening channels for clients and find proactive engagement opportunities.
Offer suggestions and direction for editorial content based on social listening and proactive engagements.
