Director, Integrated Marketing, Brand Services
We're looking for a Director to join XX Artists’ rapidly growing Integrated Marketing team. As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing the Integrated Marketing team. You will manage the members of the Integrated Marketing team to lead always-on scaled influencer campaigns, branded content, events and activations, and administrative needs for global brand clients. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Brand Services and/or their designees, and work in conjunction with XX Artists’ partners teams.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the Internet, YouTube content and has a deep knowledge of creators, digital talent and trends (both on and offline). You must be well-versed in social media, influencer marketing, and on the bleeding edge of platform product updates, trends and algorithms. Strong project management skills, direct experience with client communication, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Equally, we are looking for someone who commands the ability to craft best-in-class influencer + experiential marketing strategies and tactical executions rooted in creative narrative and support in the expansion of new business opportunities.

You must be able to provide thought leadership, develop compelling strategies that drive brand KPIs, and perform senior client management duties as well as be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work with your teams to deliver tactical executions. You must be detail-oriented, self-sufficient and passionate about delivering superior customer service at all times.

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off. Salary range is 125-155k for this position. Offer is dependent on level of experience.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing and/or Influencer + Experiential work
Experience synthesizing internal, client-facing, and talent-facing communications
Experience managing a large and growing team in a rapidly growing agency environmentLong term historical relationships with top tier talent, their managers, and production partners. 
Excellent writing skills that reflect a brand's objectives and current cultural trends.
Honed attention to detail with an ability to quality check and approve written content.
Passion for creator culture and ever-expanding understanding of all creator platforms - specifically YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok - and how to speak directly to these respective audiences through talent relationships on each platform.
A passionate thought leader in influencer marketing with a penchant for building lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and talent partners.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and social environment.
A natural team leader, mentor, and manager with the ability to inspire both creativity and productivity, as well as maintain hyper-organized workflows.
An ability to interpret data and identify trends that ladder into and inform strategies.
A proficient Google tools user, including Gmail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

What You’ll Be Doing
Work directly with leadership to oversee and develop live/active influencer marketing campaigns and opportunities and set goals for your dedicated client partners campaign objectives
Mentor team members to guide them through the daily work and management of clients and partners.
Establish relationships and synergies between team heads and create opportunities for all team members to grow, thrive, and excel in their daily duties
Present on ongoing campaigns managed by the team and ensure that influencer campaigns managed by team members are being planned, placed and updated appropriately 
Lead the Integrated Marketing team through always on and/or campaign strategy decks and present to clients, as required in partnership with other team leads.
Advise on workflows including new client integrations, campaign development, and management, as well as on-going / day-to-day client services.
Demonstrate an understanding of the influencer marketing space including talent
Empower your team to keep current social trends and stay abreast of new social platforms and best practices
Quality check and incorporate data, insights, trends, and best practices to inform social strategy and copy development for your respective clients
Support in the development of Integrated Marketing campaign playbooks to support client and partner messaging for marketing channelsUtilize, grow, and create processes around partnering with digital talent, their communities, and optimal engagement opportunities for both brands and creatorsImplement knowledge of the overall social landscape, trending topics, and leverage the latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership
Support team with creator sourcing and production needsIdeate strategic partnerships, account expansions, and new client opportunities.

Necessary Experience
Minimum 5 years of Integrated Marketing and/or Social Media Strategy work experience
Proven ability to support on multiple campaigns in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Gmail and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Must have a laptop and phone
Must have a valid passport

Preferred Experience
Secondary education
6-10 years social/influencer/experiential work experienceKnowledge of and passion for online talent
Knowledge of and passion for current online content trends 
Experience working independently as well as in team environments
