We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join XX Artists’ rapidly growing team. As an Account Coordinator, you will be part of a team dedicated to existing and new client projects. You will support your Manager/Senior Manager of Account Management with daily social media and administrative needs while building a positive relationship with the client team as the first line of communication with them. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Account Management or their designees. 

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the Internet and YouTube content. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of creators, digital talent, and trends. You must be well-versed in social media, detailed oriented, self-sufficient, and on the bleeding edge of platform product updates and trends. Strong project management skills and a proven track record of personal and/or professional growth are required. You must be passionate about delivering superior customer service, at all times.

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health, dental, and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off. Salary range is $45,000 to $62,000. Offer is dependent on level of experience.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1-2+ years of professional project management and/or social media work experience
Ability to effectively manage relationships
Production management experience and/or creative development experience
Entry-level experience in social media marketing and client management 
Effective time-management, organization skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
Great communication and presentation skills – you’re straightforward, articulate, and engaging
Understanding of social media platforms: YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok (and others) 
Proficient in Google tools including Gmail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Professional and personable with a passion for building lasting relationships with clients
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and social environment
Someone who loves to work collaboratively and love to both give and receive feedback
Must have a valid passport

What You’ll Be Doing
Support your Manager in building relationships with clients while being their go-to resource
Lead on the drafting and management of call notes to ensure timely delivery of all action items and next steps
Support team with content sourcing, asset production, and talent and trend research
Track content, facilitate approvals, manage campaign timelines with internal and external stakeholders
Work with the larger team to help brainstorm social content concepts and strategies 
Flag problematic content and/or urgent priorities for escalation
Monitor social trends, best practices, and new popular social platforms
Become an expert on your client's brand, approaching all social media management as a true extension of your client's brand marketing teams and objectives

Preferred Experience
Secondary education
Experience working with project management tools
Knowledge and passion for online content trends
