We're looking for a Coordinator to join XX Artists’ rapidly growing Account Management team. As a Coordinator, you will be part of a team dedicated to a book of current and new clients. The Account Coordinator is a curious, team player, who is excited about social and project management. This role will support the Account Manager as well as cross department team members on projects to ensure we're building relationships with clients and keeping project tasks organized.
This person will provide clear follow up communications to both internal and external teams and support the Account Manager in content workflows. An ideal candidate is passionate about delivering superior customer service, at all times.
This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off. Salary range is $21 - 30/hr for this position. Offer is dependent on level of experience.

Proficient in Google tools including GMail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
What You’ll Be Doing
Support your Manager in building relationships with clients while being our their go-to resource
Support day-to-day communications with clients via email, chat/ping, phone calls and Google Hangouts (whatever they prefer)
Displaying a firm understanding of the client team’s structure and anticipating their needs
Consistently providing top level client service from onboarding all the way through off-boarding while attending meetings, lead on agenda building, detailed note taking, and identify action items, opportunities to grow the account, and provide clear follow up communications both internally and externally
Creating dependable, organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments, including cross functional communication for project and scope work
Support in the management of campaign content workflows (content and copy development, approvals, etc.) with internal team members (designer, editor, etc.) as well as with client partners
Track content and calendaring approvals with internal and external stakeholders
Track ongoing campaigns and ensure that content is planned, placed and updated appropriately
Assist in assembling of post-campaign results, analytics, and process learnings from all members of the team and present to client
Become an expert of your clients’ brand, approaching all social media management as a true extension of your clients’ brand marketing teams and objectives
Utilize knowledge of the overall social landscape, trending topics, and leverage the latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership
Minimum 1+ years with social media, and/or digital media experience
Proven ability to effectively manage relationships
Production management experience and/or creative strategy experience
Proficient in Gmail and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Must have a valid passport
2+ years social media work experience
Experience or knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
Knowledge of and passion for current online content trends
