We're looking for an Audience Engagement Manager to join xx Artists’ rapidly growing team. As an Audience Engagement Manager, you will manage a team of coordinators, working to monitor owned posts across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other pertinent social platforms for a series of major brands while identifying organic opportunities for them to engage with on these channels. You will report to the Director, Audience Engagement, and work in conjunction with the Brand Services team.
We’re looking for someone passionate about the Internet, YouTube content, and deep knowledge of creators and digital trends. The ability to delegate, manage, and have strong writing skills are required, as you must be able to distill the information into very few words, offering clear, concise, and appealing copy that fits into a brand's voice and tone.

This role functions M-F business hours and some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include a competitive health and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 3+ social media copywriting, and/or general writing experience.
Proficient in Google tools including GMail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Experience managing multiple social accounts, along with those who will be working on said accounts.
Experience writing for social media, digital video, email, and blog posts.
Excellent writing skills that reflect a brand's objectives and current cultural trends.
Extraordinary attention to detail with an ability to quality check and approve written content.
An understanding of social media audiences and communication styles on each platform, specifically YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok (and others).
Ability to speak directly to these respective audiences.
Deep knowledge of the Internet, YouTube content, and online creators.
Experience building lasting relationships with clients.
The ability to work alone, producing multiple copy options from client prompts.
Must have a valid passport

What You Will Be Doing:
Monitor and engage with all owned social handles and posts across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. 
Craft and write copy for engagement opportunities.
Flag and escalate comments, replies, or mentions that fall outside of the partner’s brand guidelines. 
Social listening for partners and finding proactive engagement opportunities from users mentioning the brand. 
Offer suggestions and direction for editorial content for partner’s handles based on social listening and proactive engagements. 
Keep on the cutting edge of social/digital/emerging media and track trends to identify new, innovative ways to evolve the strategies, grow audiences, drive meaningful conversations, and build communities online.
Work with Directors, Managers, and Coordinators to present larger strategies and implementations of audience engagement.
Mentor and develop the talents of Coordinators and others you will manage on the team.
Manage Coordinators' workflow to ensure tasks are taken care of in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
Secondary Education
4+ social media copywriting, and/or general writing experience.
