We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, is excited about the opportunity to help teams fine-tune their social strategies, and is an overall team player. The ideal candidate will have strong social analytic, data visualization, and paid media. This is a unique role that will allow for visibility across the entire company. 

The Social Media team is one of several Centers of Excellence within YouTube marketing that provides exceptional organic social and influencer expertise across marketing by delivering both strategy, execution and campaign performance to a wide range of initiatives.

This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health and vision package, 401K matching, wellness initiatives, and paid time off. Salary range is 110k - 145k for this position. Offer is dependent on level of experience.

What We’re Looking For

    • An experienced analyst who is comfortable pulling data natively from social platforms (Facebook Creator Studio, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, etc.) and social tools (i.e. Brandwatch [Crimson Hexagon], Sprinklr, etc.)
    • A proactive learner who is happy to learn about social platforms, standard data practices 
    • A social media native with a rich understanding of common social media key performance indicators and social metrics
    • A creative thinker with the ability to visualize data and build qualitative reports or dashboards that effectively communicate performance, clear insights, and key learnings
    • A proactive problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions
    • A proficient Google tools user, including Gmail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Use data and reporting to measure the impact of social campaigns, creator partnerships, and more
    • Lead end-to-end monthly and end-of-campaign reporting for clients that range from musicians and actresses to leading brands and platforms
    • Lead social listening to understand social conversations surrounding clients, identify proactive opportunities to engage with communities and potential trends
    • Lead collaboration with all XX Artists teams, including Brand, Talent, Music, Trends, and Creative
    • Lead qualitative research studies to understand audience perceptions surrounding clients
    • Create detailed reporting and analysis with team leads 
    • Manage social media crisis protocol and partner with relevant teams to continue to evolve procedures to meet clients’ needs and best practices
    • Onboard teams and new hires on a suite of social tools, host training to ensure the organization is well versed in social metrics and tools
    • Manage analytics requests, deliverables, and timelines submitted by internal teams in our project management tool

Necessary Experience

    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience for large, global brands or scaling marketing agencies
    • Proven knowledge of social media strategy, social listening, content development, listening platforms, best practices, and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
    • Experience using Sprinklr
    • Highly effective communicator as well as a collaborator and problem-solve
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data
    • Proven experience with social analytics tools
    • Explicit experience thriving within a fast-paced environment, succeeding well under tight deadlines, and effectively managing high-pressure issues and crisis situations
    • Proficient in Gmail and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
    • Must have a valid passport

Preferred Experience

    • Secondary education
    • Knowledge of and/or passion for online talent
    • Knowledge of and/or passion for current online content trends 
    • Experience working independent
    • Experience working with any type of research
    • Coding experience
