As a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to influencer sourcing, contracting and maintaining relationships. You will assist on and own daily influencer marketing strategies for both domestic and global brands. This position will be reporting directly to the Integrated Marketing Director.

You must be well-versed in leading influencer marketing, contract negotiations and creative brief drafting. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong existing talent relationships, experience in leading client relationships and project/budget management skills. Experience working autonomously and in a group setting is required.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 4+ years of Influencer Marketing and/or Social Media Strategy work experience
Minimum of 1+ year of production, event, and budget management experience
Experience in leading the management of end-to-end process for all custom influencer programs, from ideation to program completion
Knowledgeable in the functionality and usage of social media platforms: YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Knowledgeable in short and long form video content in the online creator space 
Excellent writing skills to produce creative briefs and communications; reflects brand objectives and current cultural trends
Ability to summarize insights and unifying trends to create actionable recommendations for client campaigns
Proficient in Google tools including GMail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Must have a valid passport

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day communications with clients and influencers
Manage live/active influencer marketing campaign documents in partnership with leadership and dedicated client partners
Maintain an understanding of the ever-evolving influencer marketing space including up-and-coming talent
Lead in communication and contract negotiating with talent, agents and management teams
Manage campaign content workflows (content briefing and development, approvals, etc.) with internal team members and with client partners
Lead on communication and contract negotiating with talent, agents and management teams
Lead on campaign content workflows (influencer content deliverables, clients approvals, etc.) with the internal team members
Identify problematic and/or crisis content for escalation 
Be an expert with digital talent, their communities, and optimal influencer engagement opportunities
Become an expert of your clients’ brand, approaching all influencer management as a true extension of your clients’ brand marketing and objectives

Preferred Experience
Secondary Education
Minimum 5+ years of Integrated Marketing and/or Social Media Strategy work experience
Minimum of 2+ year of production, event, and budget management experience
Proficient in CreatorIQ
