The Social Media team is one of several Centers of Excellence within YouTube marketing that provides exceptional organic social and influencer expertise across marketing by delivering both strategy, execution and campaign performance to a wide range of initiatives
What We're Looking For:
As a Clearance Coordinator, you’ll support the global social team across handles and initiatives (Core, Creator, Gaming, Music, Kids, TV), facilitating, supporting, and tracking outreach across initiatives and programs.
You will support the development of deep relationships across YouTube social global, regional and local teams, as well as several cross-functional teams, ensuring clear lines of communication around all creator-facing outreach led by social marketing.
This role requires analytical knowledge, hyper-organized execution, working with large data sets and maintaining precise documentation.
You are extremely organized and require little oversight. You are a proactive problem solver willing to bring new suggestions to the table. You can manage complexity and remain calm under pressure, contributing a positive mindset to interactions. You're a team player, willing to jump in and help others when needed
Support the global team in executing scaled creator outreach for sourcing content to feature on social handles via email, social DM and via partnership with Legal, SPMs and channel owners
Aid scaled solutions, clearing thousands of channels through automated outreach processes
Assist in creator selection criteria, ensuring selections and permissions are aligned with legal guidance
Play a key role in coordinating, composing, consolidating and editing written materials, such as briefing documents, emails, social messages, and talking points
Assist in the cross-functional process of tracking and logging all creators contacted and featured across Global social handles, including expiry dates and content removal guidance
BA/BS degree in relevant field(s) of study (Business, Marketing, Advertising)
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience working in (social) media and/or marketing, preferably in entertainment or tech sectors
High-level understanding of social media and the ever-evolving social landscape
Working knowledge in building and managing large scale data analytics systems
Proactive, independent worker: candidate makes strategic decisions with minimal guidance from above
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to condense complex written materials into concise talking points
Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and to operate in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams concurrently
