We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join xx Artists’ rapidly growing team. As the Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the development of insightful and meaningful ideas that exceed client expectations and achieve results, as well as win new business for the agency.
We’re looking for someone passionate about leveraging datant and emerging trends to insights, curre drive creative thinking - and realize that creative thinking in the form of compelling decks. Equally, we are looking for someone with a digital-first mindset, inspired by social media trends on all relevant platforms, with an understanding of channel strategy to inform how creative can best come to life to achieve client goals. Strong deck building and presentational skills are required.
You must be able to provide thought leadership, both independently and collaboratively, driving concepts for select digital projects and RFPs, developing creative ideas for large scale programs that shape digital content. Experience developing brand campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and other core and emerging social platforms is required.
This role functions M-F business hours and some select evenings and weekends. XX Artists company benefits currently include competitive health and vision package, 401K matching, wellness initiatives, and paid time off. Salary range is 65k - 85k for this position. Offer is dependent on level of experience.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3+ years of digital creative strategy experience
A digital native with a solid understanding of the strategic and creative development processes for brand, content, media, and digital experiences, with the ability to translate business and brand objectives into nuanced creative strategiesExcellent research and insight development skills
Proven use of preferred data insights platform(s) (i.e. Sprout, Sprinklr, etc.)
Strong copywriting and narrative writing skills
Experience proactively researching client brands and industry trends to support Business Development and Account teams in building organic and new business opportunities.
Knowledgeable in curating and researching creative trends spanning visual design, motion graphics, art, audio, and video.
Ability to create efficient and dynamic campaign proposals as well as ability to develop and implement cadences and workflows for bespoke presentations
Ability to leads strategic presentations and conversations with clients and senior leadership
Strong deck building experience Excellent writing skills and commands an ability to produce editorial output which reflects brand objectives and current cultural trends
A proficient Google tools user, including GMail and Google services (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Confident client presentation skills
Strong understanding of cross-platform digital marketing campaigns
Rich knowledge in brand positioning, awareness, and consideration
A self-starter who can anticipate agency and client needs identifying and acting on opportunities to make work more efficient, dynamic, and impactful
Must have a valid passport
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and contributing to the development of big, bold creative ideas as part of RFP responses as well as ongoing campaign concept development for key client accounts
Crafting well-articulated creative proposals and strategies, including comprehensive pitch decks that include clear insights, strategies, and creative concepts in a thoughtful, compelling, and cohesive narrative
Collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders as part of the proposal development process, running point on the organization and creation of concept decks, collecting content deliverables, and designing materials across the cross-functional team
Oversight of strategy implementation, performance analysis and revisions, as needed and determined by each client and campaign
Participating in client pitch presentations as neededMonitor industry and creative content trends and share internally as well as contribute to the agency’s external thought leadership
