We're looking for a Director, Integrated Marketing, to join XX Artists’ rapidly growing Integrated Marketing team. As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing the Integrated Marketing team. You will manage the members of the Integrated Marketing team to lead always-on scaled influencer campaigns, branded content, events, activations, and administrative needs for global brand clients. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Brand Services, and/or their designees, and work in conjunction with XX Artists’ partners' teams.
The ideal candidate must be well-versed in social media, influencer marketing, and on the bleeding edge of platform product updates, trends, and algorithms. Strong project management skills, direct experience with client communication, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
Equally, we are looking for someone who commands the ability to craft best-in-class influencer + experiential marketing strategies and tactical executions rooted in creative narrative and support in the expansion of new business opportunities. You must be able to provide thought leadership, develop compelling strategies that drive brand KPIs, and perform senior client management duties as well as be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work with your teams to deliver tactical executions.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5+ years of Integrated Marketing and/or Social Media Strategy work experience
Minimum of 3+ years of production, event, and budget management experience
Experience in leading the management of the end-to-end process for all custom influencer programs, from ideation to program completion
Knowledgeable in the functionality and usage of social media platforms: YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Knowledgeable in short and long-form video content in the online creator space
A team leader, mentor, and manager with the ability to inspire both creativity and productivity, as well as maintain hyper-organized workflows.
High-level experience in influencer marketing, while building lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and talent partners.
Excellent writing skills to produce creative briefs and communications; reflects brand objectives and current cultural trends
Ability to summarize insights and unify trends to create actionable recommendations for client campaigns
Proficient in Google tools including GMail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Must have a valid passport
What You’ll Be Doing
Work directly with leadership to oversee and develop live/active influencer marketing campaigns and opportunities and set goals for your dedicated client partners campaign objectives
Mentor team members to guide them through the daily work and management of clients and partners.
Establish relationships and synergies between team heads and create opportunities for all team members to grow, thrive, and excel in their daily duties
Present on ongoing campaigns managed by the team and ensure that influencer campaigns managed by team members are being planned, placed and updated appropriately
Lead the Integrated Marketing team through always on and/or campaign strategy decks and present to clients, as required in partnership with other team leads.
Advise on workflows including new client integrations, campaign development, and management, as well as on-going / day-to-day client services.
Demonstrate an understanding of the influencer marketing space including talent
Empower your team to keep current social trends and stay abreast of new social platforms and best practices
Quality check and incorporate data, insights, trends, and best practices to inform social strategy and copy development for your respective clients
Support in the development of Integrated Marketing campaign playbooks to support client and partner messaging for marketing channels
Utilize, grow, and create processes around partnering with digital talent, their communities, and optimal engagement opportunities for both brands and creators
Implement knowledge of the overall social landscape, and trending topics, and leverage the latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership
Support team with creator sourcing and production needs
Ideate strategic partnerships, account expansions, and new client opportunities.
