We are looking for an summer internship for Yassir GO.
About Role:
Answer phone calls.
Answer emails received in French in a clear and structured manner.
Understand the customer's request and give a clear answer.
Inform the manager if a customer has been waiting for a response for a long time.
Identify recurring problems and report them to the manager.
Profile:
Young graduate looking for an internship.
Excellent level of French and English is mandatory.
Good communication with customers, politeness and good resistance to stress.
A first experience in a call center.
Ability to analyze and understand.
