We are currently seeking a Data & AI Engineering Manager, to join our team. Your role will be critical in the end-to-end data value chain, from data collection to industrialization. You will work closely with the Applied Science and Data Science teams to optimize dispatch techniques and dynamic pricing surge.

Your responsibilities will also include modeling and deploying production-ready models, as well as monitoring the performance of deployed models.

As an Engineering Manager, ML, you will play a key role in project management within the AI team, collaborating closely with stakeholders, including the Product team, to ensure project success and relevance.

- Will be responsible for the data platform under Databricks

- Help to implement, manage and deploy AI use cases via Databricks

- Co-lead the communications with the different teams and stakeholders

-Strong expertise in Data Engineering & Machine Learning and experience in leading technical teams.

-Proven experience in managing data science, data engineering projects, from data collection to model industrialization.

-Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

-Excellent understanding of dispatch optimization and dynamic pricing surge techniques would be a plus.
