About The Role
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional that is typically responsible for sourcing, finding, attracting, and interviewing candidates to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. The recruiter is responsible for establishing trust and partnerships with the managers, interviewing and administering the onboarding process, and ensuring a positive new hire experience.
Internal communications specialists are responsible for creating and communicating content to employees within an organization. They may also be tasked with developing strategies to improve employee engagement or morale. This might include things like facilitating town hall meetings, organizing social events, or even just providing general guidance on how best to approach their job each day.
TASKS
Talent : 
-Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
-Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
-Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
-Lead employer branding initiatives.
-Sourcing potential candidates through Lever, recruitment sites, job boards and social platforms.
-Write detailed job descriptions that accurately depict each position’s requirements and responsibilities.
-Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
-Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

Communication : 
-Helps create a clear internal communications function across the firm that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all offices.
-Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.
-Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS
-MA degree in Human resources or Communication or similar relevant field.
-Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Communication Specialist.
-Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
-Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
-Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with partners and staff at all levels.
