Your day to day:
- Ensure success in helping customers accelerate their adoption of our comprehensive storage services.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the Zadara solutions engineering and partner solutions architect communities.
- Guide and motivate the development of White Papers, datasheets, proof of concept best practices, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practice information.
- Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, support service, engineering, and product management and management teams.
- Help train partners and customers on maximizing the benefits of the Zadara ecosystem
- Position and propose innovative approaches to customer challenges to meet their business goals.
- Candidates must have strong communication skills and be very technical, with the ability to earn trust with Zadara customers and partners at any level, from executive to developer.
What you bring:
- Fully bilingual (read, write and speak) - English & Portuguese.
- Experience working with customers in highly regulated industries that have requirements for working with one or more security and compliance regimes.
- Proven experience in customer-facing positions.
- Demonstrated experience with Data Center networks and network topologies.
- Demonstrate firm knowledge and experience of Storage technologies including SAN, NAS and Object Storage
- Demonstrate firm experience of Cloud Computing platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, Openstack and/or VMware
- Demonstrate experience in at least one of the following areas: Backup platforms, K8S, network security platforms, DB.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Proven experience in consultative technical sales or professional services with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to gain credibility and build relationships with all levels in an organization, from technical experts to senior executives.
- Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance to our Sao Paulo Office - This is a hybrid role (remote/onsite).
Your education:
- Advanced degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics or equivalent experience.
- AWS Solutions Architecture Certification or VMware Certification would be an advantage.
