Zadara is looking for an excellent software student to join our Core engineering team and be a part of an elite team that delivers the next-generation high-performance edge compute service.
As a Core Team Software Student, you will have a chance to work with Zadara’s most talented and experienced engineers, developing the major components that build Zadara’s Edge Cloud solution. You will gain experience in heterogeneous development environments such as C/C++, Python, Golang and would be exposed to advanced technologies such as Virtualization, Object Storage, Compute, Containers, Kubernetes, Micro-Services and many more. 

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Hands-on experience in multithreaded programming and distributed systems
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Be Independent, creative, focused, and organized
    • High motivation to work in a dynamic and innovative startup

Basic qualifications

    • Studying for BSc/BA in computer science/SW engineer from a well-known university
    • Up to one year from the completing his/her academic duties
    • Grades average of at least 80
    • Strong C/C++ development/debugging skills
    • Hands-on experience in multithreaded programming and distributed systems
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Be Independent, creative, focused, and organized
    • High motivation to work in dynamic and innovative startup

Nice to have

    • Python programming experience and shell scripting
    • Experience with containers and Kubernetes
    • Knowledge of Linux OS and POSIX programming
