Role responsibilities

    • Day to day inventory management, including but not limited to receiving, inspecting, stock replenishment & transfer and stocktake
    • Processing daily returns at the office, which involves device inspection & refurbishment, stock recording and updating the ERP system
    • Ad hoc fulfilment of deliveries from the office
    • Liaising with customer service team & sales team on inventory related enquiries
    • Providing detailed feedback to supplier on product issues and working towards rectification
    • Maintain accurate office stock levels in the ERP system and at physical locations. Keeping storage and working area tidy and organised.
    • Provide recommendations on process improvements and work on streamlining workflows.
    • This role is full-time in our Melbourne CBD office

    • Experience in supply chain/logistics/warehouse environments is preferred
