Role responsibilities
- Day to day inventory management, including but not limited to receiving, inspecting, stock replenishment & transfer and stocktake
- Processing daily returns at the office, which involves device inspection & refurbishment, stock recording and updating the ERP system
- Ad hoc fulfilment of deliveries from the office
- Liaising with customer service team & sales team on inventory related enquiries
- Providing detailed feedback to supplier on product issues and working towards rectification
- Maintain accurate office stock levels in the ERP system and at physical locations. Keeping storage and working area tidy and organised.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and work on streamlining workflows.
- This role is full-time in our Melbourne CBD office
