Having found strong product traction with ecommerce brands both in Europe and in the US, we are looking for energetic, business-minded people to join our Sales Development team. If you are an outgoing and organized person who likes to win, this might just be a perfect fit for you.

Outbound sales is an amazing life skill that could be highly beneficial even if you ultimately don't decide to make sales your career and become an Account Executive. It teaches you that rejection is a normal part of life and doing business, having quality interactions with strangers that you can actually help, working with clear goals in mind.

What you'll do:
- Conduct analysis to understand prospects' pain points and to identify how our solutions can address their challenges
- Utilize various prospecting methods, such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and video prospecting to engage with prospects and generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified opportunities generated
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to articulate our value proposition to prospects effectively
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market intelligence
Ideally, you’ll bring with you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for Business or Sales
- You're extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback
- Growth mindset and willingness to make cold calls and video prospecting
- High degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks
- A player mindset; you strive to grow and develop and never back down from a challenge
It’ll be awesome if you have:
- 3-6 months of B2B SaaS experience as an SDR
- Experience with sales development tools (such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom)
- Proficiency in a language other than English
- Knowledge of the ecommerce industry (trends, metrics)
