Our platform automates responses to repetitive questions around return policy, order status, etc., and saves time for customer service agents, who can then proactively turn website visitors into paying customers. It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

What you'll do:

    • Develop and execute demand generation strategy across all paid and organic channels to drive qualified leads and pipeline for the sales team - these channels include but are not limited to SEM/SEO, paid social, email, webinars, and website optimization
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new campaigns and channels to drive demand
    • Optimize conversion rates across all customer touchpoints, including the website, landing pages, ad creative, and email campaigns
    • Collaborate with the sales development team to launch integrated campaigns targeted at our top-priority accounts
    • Manage and monitor budgets, timelines, and ROI for marketing initiatives
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and vendors
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

    • 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing role
    • Proven track record of driving pipeline and new business through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business impact
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong sense of urgency and drive
    • Great communication skills in English

It’ll be awesome if you have:

    • Experience working with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker is a plus
    • Early-stage start-up experience, especially in the ecommerce or customer support/service space
