Our platform automates responses to repetitive questions around return policy, order status, etc., and saves time for customer service agents, who can then proactively turn website visitors into paying customers. It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

You’ll join the team as the third Talent Mastermind. In 2023, in collaboration with our highly dedicated internal teams and engaged Hiring Managers, we significantly expanded the team by hiring 25+ new Zowians. Don’t be fooled by the number - these were highly experienced individuals, including many in senior management.

Working hand in hand with Weronika, our Talent Partner, you’ll own our end-to-end recruitment processes in Poland, Europe, and the US. You’ll attract, guide, support, and eventually invite passionate and collaborative individuals to Zowie. You’ll also be given project ownership and the support you need to succeed.

Together, we’ll do a lot of hands-on recruitment. We’ll also work to define and adjust our talent acquisition processes, expand our internal recruitment library and knowledge base, and implement interdepartmental projects.

Finally, you’ll be part of a team that isn't afraid to adapt and try new things. Talent Team @ Zowie works hard (& does its best to work smart at the same time), pays great attention to quality, and builds strong relationships.

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

    • 3+ years of experience in E2E recruitment, ideally min. 1-year in-house 
    • Genuine curiosity about people and business accompanied by a drive to develop expertise and act quickly
    • Experience leading all stages of the recruitment process, including briefing, sourcing, screening, leading the process, and finally, closing the roles
    • Hands-on sourcing expertise (proficiency with LinkedIn and Boolean search)
    • Knowledge of and interest in the People area
    • A fast-thinking, proactive mind, quality focus, and a high degree of ownership 
    • Excellent command of English and Polish (both written and spoken)

It'll be awesome if you have:

    • Experience in a high-growth start-up environment
    • Hiring for sales, marketing, product, and technical roles within the SaaS environment 
    • Experience in any other People-related area (e.g., People Operations) 
8,000 zł - 15,000 zł a month
- The proposed budget stands for a B2B contract (+VAT), including unlimited PTO, benefits package, and ESOP.
- A Contract of Employment is also an option that is available after specific calculations.
